Large workpieces quickly positioned
EROWA HPC consists of clamping modules which are positioned exactly where the table size of the machine and the optimum size of the pallet require. Once installed and aligned on the machine, palletized workpieces can be positioned safely and quickly.
Modular
Depending on the pallet size, the system can be extended with 4, 6, 8 or further clamping modules as required and modularly.
The HPC clamping modules are quickly mounted on the machine table and ready for use.
Practical pre-centering
If the pallet is lifted by crane onto the HPC clamping modules, the pre-centering spigots help to find the end position and protect the clamping modules from damage.
The palette is aligned correctly from the beginning. Errors are almost impossible. The zero point remains unchanged.
Integrated open control
The integrated open control, which is visually recognizable via the HPC control box, shows that all HPC clamping modules are open. Thus the pallet transfer remains trouble-free and safe.
The box can be used to operate several chucks, which are connected in series.
Well thought-out details
We recommend to cover the connections between the HPC clamping modules in a chip-proof way or to integrate them directly into the table structure.
High clamping force
The pallet is securely clamped by closing the HPC clamping modules. The high clamping force of each clamping module allows highest loads.
Quick changeover
While one workpiece is being machined on the machine, the operator palletizes and sets up the next workpiece. The changeover times on the machine are considerably reduced.
