Modular and compatible system

Thanks to the standardised EROWA UPC or MTS interface, the CleverClamp workpiece carriers are positioned quickly and precisely on the machine and can be used throughout.

Faster set-up

Everything fits together - The large and well thought-out selection of different clamping and stop elements holds the most diverse workpiece shapes flexibly and precisely in any desired position.

Reliable base

The base rails form the foundation of the CleverClamp workpiece clamping system. They can be used horizontally or vertically.
The matching clamping and stop elements are quickly placed with the help of the precise 2 mm positioning teeth.

Simple handling

Set up and change over in just a few steps. Position and fasten clamping and stop elements, clamp workpiece.

Clamping surfaces in various finishes

Depending on the material and the workpiece, you may choose the right type of clamping surface.
The clamping surface with embossed contour is ideal for clamping unmachined parts at minimum clamping height and parts with angular errors.
 

Automatic handling

The CleverClamp basic rail can be automated directly. The robot places the workpiece carrier precisely and quickly on the machine.
The EWIS™ identification system gives you a reliable overview of the magazine positions and pallets.
