Your area of responsibility:
- Your four-year training takes place in EROWA AG's own vocational training workshop
- as well as in practical use in the production department
- The training goals are defined in the SWISSMEM model course (technical, methodological and social skills)
- Comprehensive introduction and training in the various manufacturing processes.
- Programming and operation of computer-controlled (CNC) processing machines
- Manufacturing individual parts, prototypes and small series
- Assembling devices and apparatuses
- During your training you will attend vocational school 1-2 days per week.
- There you will learn the academic basics of your vocational training
- Industry-specific skills are taught in inter-company courses (ÜK)
